It’s 2015, new beginnings, new start to the year, there’s really exciting stuff going on so Happy New Year. In this training today I want to share with you four tips on New Year goals. You probably got your goals set already or maybe you haven’t. It is after New Years but maybe you haven’t got them set yet. I want to give you four quick tips on setting your New Years goals.
4 Tips To Reach Your New Year Goals
Tip number one, set and commit to that goal. You may have big goals for this year, next year and beyond but take it a step further and have daily goals. What are you going to be doing constantly on a daily basis so you can reach those big goals? I’ll give you some examples, this could be maybe 15 to 20 connections every single day. This could be reading and writing your affirmation, exercising, reading a chapter in a book. Whatever it is that you want to do, make sure you commit daily to those goals.
Tip number two is that 2014 it’s over and done with. Nothing you can do about it. If you accomplished your goals, great. If not, it’s okay it’s over. There’s nothing you can do about the past but what you wanna do is look forward. You want to just look where you’re going instead of where you’ve been. Where are you going to be at the end of this year? Where are you going to be at the end of this month? Where are you going to be at the end of the first quarter? Whatever it is, look forward because the future can be bright for you.
Tip number three is write down your goals. There are times you may forget to write down your goals. Maybe you’re driving you think, “Oh I need to you know that’s a good goal to have.” Then you don’t write it down. Remember to write down your goals. When you write down your goals, you’re sending that message to the universe that hey, this is what you want to do. Also when you forget when New Years has worn off. Make sure you write down your goals.
Tip number four, write down a motivator. What do I mean by this? This is what you want to connect it to. What do I mean by that? It means that what’s going to happen if you don’t achieve your goal? What’s the benefits if you do achieve your goals? What’s the consequences if you don’t? Write down the motivator that’s connected to that goal so when you go back and you’re reading those goals, you see exactly what you need to do. What steps you need to take daily to get you motivated?
